Every repair happens in your own kitchen or laundry room, so there is nothing to visit at this address.
Before you ring
None of it is required. Having it nearby simply improves the odds that the right component is already on board when somebody knocks.
There is a label somewhere on every appliance, tucked in the door opening, down at floor level behind the bottom panel, or on the rear casing. Snap it with your phone and that is plenty.
Any noises, odours, codes on the screen, and when you first noticed something different. Those details rule out entire categories of fault before anybody leaves the shop.
Cookers and dryers come both ways, and the failures they suffer have almost nothing in common. Which one you own determines what we bring.
In the condo buildings this matters more than anywhere. A service elevator that needs booking, a visitor parking permit, a concierge expecting notice, or laundry at the end of a long corridor. Tell us when you book and the appointment gets arranged with that in mind.
Book a visit
Send a name and number and somebody rings back with the next opening. If the appliance cannot wait, calling gets you an answer faster than typing does.
Three fields, and the rest happens by phone.

Where we work
Everything we do happens inside Pointe-Claire. That is what keeps the drives short and makes a tight arrival window something we can actually promise rather than hope for.
If your street is not listed, ring and we will tell you straight away.
